YOU DESERVE A F*CK YES BUSINESS

Entrepreneurship can be tough. It can be hard to stay on top of all the systems, strategies, staff management, and everything else it takes to stay ahead. Add that to stress, overwhelm, & burn out and its easy to develop an adversarial relationship to the business that was supposed to set you free.
There’s a way out.

I’m a Business Owner, Too.

3:00 AM Restless Pacing, Anyone?

I know personally how hard it is to manage a business, and to engage and motivate my employees so they thrive.

I became a personal trainer 12 years ago, then opened my Los Angeles-based gym four years later.  The outcomes I delivered for my clients were profound.  I successfully trained thousands to transform their bodies and their relationship with their physical being.

But I was struggling. My business was six figures in debt after I bought out my original partners, deep-pocketed competitors were popping up almost daily, and I was battling the relentless turnover that is notorious in the fitness industry.  On a personal level I was burnt out - endlessly fighting to navigate my gym and employees to sustainable success.  Frustrated, exhausted and demoralized, I was months away from shutting the whole thing down.

Mastering my Mind, Mastering my Business…

Everything changed when I discovered the power of mindset: a proven process that rewires old beliefs and harnesses the brain to work for you, not against you.  Developed by world-renowned experts in neuroscience, psychology, and executive coaching, mindset completely transformed my relationship with myself and my business.

Inspired, I trained my employees in mindset concepts, and it was like rocket fuel.  The result: my gym has never been more successful. Revenue continues to exceed targets, month over month.  Most important, I have retained my core cadre of trainers three to five times longer than the industry average, even through the midst of a global pandemic that decimated many of my competitors.  In an industry where the average tenure of a gym-based trainer is 10 months, this is proof positive of how powerful mindset can be for engaging, retaining and motivating your employees.

I now offer the same process to business owners seeking efficient and novel ways to engage their most important asset: their people.

Organizations with growth mindsets can develop employees who learn and thrive. Developing fixed versus growth mindsets can help HR and talent management professionals communicate to senior leaders how their organizations “mindsets” can help the bottom line.”
